Booking and Payment Policy

Due to a small inventory available we prefer a 100% advance payment to secure a confirmed reservation

- If booking is cancelled 30 days or more in advance of arrival date: 100% advance to be refunded,
net of taxes and bank charges.
- If the payment for a booking is not made within 3 days of us sending across the payment details,
and should we not be able to get a response from the person making the request to book, we may
release the rooms.
- Goods and Services Tax (G.S.T.) of 18% is applicable on every booking (Included in the price quoted
above). Subject to change without prior notice. Any increase in Govt. taxes will be charged as
actuals.
- On making the payment kindly send us an update with the payment details/transfer confirmation
slip as provided by the bank, so that we can track the payment and confirm credit to you.

General Cancellation and Amendment Policy

- There is no cancellation fee charged if the booking is cancelled at least 30 days before the
planned check-in date.
- Cancellation at 100% if cancelled within 30 days prior to check-in date
- Cancellation at 50% if cancelled within 15 days of check-in date
- Any amendments to bookings should be informed at least 7 days before check-in date. Any
modifications shall be accommodated subject to availability and standard cancellation policy will
apply if modifications shall result in cancellation.
- No refund request shall be entertained for unexpected departures or no-shows.
- For a refund request to be processed, please allow a minimum of 21-30 days from the date of
cancellation request.
- Refund will be processed to the same payment method that was used to make the payment.


Note: There is no WiFi facility at Stok Palace.
